Green Angel by Alice Hoffman

Spread the love

Stars: *** 1/2

This is one of her young adult novels. It was very strange and quite depressing. The main character loses her entire family to a horrible disaster and she and a lot of other kids are left on their own. I wouldn’t suggest this to any teenager who may be depressed that’s for sure. I was sad every time I read it.

It was however written well as all of Alice Hoffman’s books are. She has an indescribable knack for keeping my attention, no matter what the subject of the book.

This is definitely a stranger one of hers.
