Summary:

Breaking the barriers of silence and embarrassment, The Ultimate Guide to Male Sexual Health speaks candidly to straight men, gay men, lovers, partners, and wives. Drawing on fascinating case histories, board certified urologist Dr. Dudley Seth Danoff uses straightforward, easy-to-understand terms to offer a meticulous examination of the essentials of male sexual health, arousal, and anatomy.

Written for men of all ages, this book dispels common male myths and provides nonjudgmental, practical, safe advice for banishing stress from the bedroom and making sex fun again. Whether readers are looking to improve their genital health, last longer, or overcome erectile dysfunction (ED), this guide will help them determine the fundamental causes of male problems using methods that fit their lifestyle and health profile.

Just to be clear, I am a woman. But when I was offered a chance to review this book I said yes for a few reasons:

  • I may not be a man but I have a husband and I care about his health.
  • I believe knowing about male sexual health can improve your sex life. (the author agrees)

The Ultimate Guide to Male Sexual Health

I read the book cover to cover but if your husband has or gets this book and you just want to know the bare minimum there is a chapter directed at women. I however think every woman with a special man in her life should read the whole thing. I mean how many men really take charge of their health? This way you might spot if something is wrong or not so you can guide your guy to the right choice. It will also help you to use the right wording if there is a problem you are having so that you are sensitive to your guy’s feelings.

Some Topics Covered:

Penis Power

Penis Power is about being confident and secure in your penis strength and being a Superpotent Man has to do with being a man with penis power and anyone can be a superpotent man. It’s not about not having Erectile Dysfunction or having the biggest penis.

You have to read the book to learn all the details and tricks but the author makes the point that there are men who are very good looking but have penis anxiety or no confidence. There are also those who haven’t the greatest of looks but have confidence in themselves and their abilities and girls flock to them because they can sense it.

Superpotency is normal and natural and within your reach. You will be surprised at how easy it is to achieve. Self-doubt, and the penis weakness it creates, is a temporary sickness. I have seen men become superpotent after learning a few facts and listening to a simple pep talk. They readjust their attitudes about themselves and their penises, adopting positive personality traits and rejecting the negative traits that were holding them back. After that, they’re off and running with nearly immediate great results. Others have to work at it for some time or must use the specific tips found in this book to change their sexual behaviour, increase their penis power, and prove to themselves and their partners that they are capable of being superpotent.  – pg 188
