Chair Yoga for Seniors Over 60

Okay so I’m not over 60 but with all my chronic issues I might as well be. The only kind of Yoga I could do is Chair Yoga. So I was interested in trying out this book.

In addition to all the pages explaining each move both with simple images and more explanation, the book comes with all kinds of extras. You get a 28 day challenge and with a code found in the book after you buy it, you can access videos, structured plan, charts and trackers, guided meditations and community support. I was able to join a Facebook group of others people who have the book and are trying to better their health. I’m not the only younger person!

I printed out the plans, add them to sheet protectors in a duotang and put them in my living room. Now I just need to find an appropriate chair!

NOTE: This blog is 20 years old and had 1000+ book reviews but was mostly lost to malware :( We are back! But slowly rebuilding. Thanks for understanding.
