Family Matters by Judith Timson

It’s a collection of parenting and family stories culled from Chatelaine, Macleans and some are original to this book.
The stories were funny and interesting but could have been written better. A few times words were used that I’d never heard of before but it was written like you should have known what they mean. Like sang-froid. What does that mean? Plus a few were slow and hard to follow.
I would recommend it as light reading from a library but I don’t know that I would spend much money on it.

About Kathleen
I've been a nonfiction lover for as long as I can remember. I love children's nonfiction as well and love to share my knowledge and the books I gained them from, with the world. I wish more people would give nonfiction a chance.
