Summary: We all experience moments when our thoughts veer toward negativity, making it easy to fall into these patterns. However, it’s essential to recognise that negative thoughts don’t have to dictate our feelings or actions. By employing proven and straightforward strategies to shift our mindset, we can reframe these thoughts and focus on the positive aspects of our lives. Taking a moment to pause and challenge unhelpful thoughts gives us greater control and resilience.

“Think Positive, Feel Positive” provides valuable affirmations and insightful explanations for managing common negative thoughts. With these techniques, individuals can effectively address issues such as self-doubt, pessimism, and anxiety, helping to correct frequent negative thought patterns.

This affirmation book is expertly designed to transform negative and unhealthy thought patterns into positive thinking habits. Featuring 55 impactful affirmations along with insightful explanations, this resource was developed by psychologist Corinne Coe and is grounded in the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). By regularly reading and incorporating these affirmations into your daily routine, you can empower yourself to maintain a positive and optimistic mindset, regardless of the challenges life presents.

While you may not have had control over the development of negative thought patterns, you have the power to transform them. Take charge of your life and invest in yourself by grabbing a copy of “Think Positive, Feel Positive” today!!

Think Positive Feel Positive

This book has 55 affirmations to help you think and feel more positively about your life. Each affirmation has a full page spread with the number and an affirmation on the left and information about why the affirmation is helpful on the right.

The affirmations are in a fancy script which I found harder to read just because it slowed me down a bit. It’s not unreadable by any means, just harder to read fast. I guess affirmations aren’t meant to be read fast anyway.

Throughout the book in a few places there are quotes by many people from the author herself to Gandhi, Buddha and Mark Twain as well as some people I haven’t heard of but have good quotes. The quote is on the left and there is an illustration on the right.

The book itself is small about a 6×6 inch book. So you could easily keep it near you by your bed or in your bag.
